I’ve been managing various landscape projects and have noticed that consistent communication with clients is key to their satisfaction. Recently, I implemented weekly updates via email and saw a huge boost in their confidence throughout the project. I’m curious, how does everyone else ensure their clients feel involved and informed?
Weekly updates are a great idea! I’ve found using project management tools like Trello can also engage clients by letting them track progress visually… It’s nice to have that constant communication, but sometimes they might want to weigh in more — be ready for feedback early.
Communication is so crucial, and , I hear you on that! I started using a simple group chat for quick check-ins, which has been a game changer. It’s nice to see quick reactions instead of waiting for weekly emails.
But absolutely agree on the weekly updates! I also like to involve clients in the design stages to get their input — makes a big difference… What kind of feedback have you received from your clients about those emails? @tanderson_85.
