So, I decided to try a new trick for my tomato plants this year — hanging old CD discs around the garden to scare off birds… Well, it turns out the only thing scared was me when I realized I left the CDs in the sun all day, and they melted together! Now I’ve got a weird sculpture instead of a successful deterrent. Anyone else had a planting plan that didn’t go quite as intended?
