Can You Name This Common Weed by Sight?

A quick challenge! Post a photo or description—can others guess what it is and how to remove it?

If it’s a rosette with jagged leaves, milky sap, and one hollow flower stalk, it’s probably dandelion — work a dandelion fork around the crown right after rain to lift the whole taproot or it’ll be back next week. If the leaves are hairier with branching stems (catsear), same approach; quick ID pics here: https://weedid.cals.vt.edu/.
